What the Feng Shui - Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all online courses offered by What the Feng Shui.

1. Course fee and payment

The price for each course is stated at checkout. You can pay in full or, where offered, by instalments.
Paying in instalments does not reduce the total amount you owe.

Instalment payments:

  • Your first payment unlocks the first part of the course only.

  • Each subsequent payment unlocks further modules/content.

  • If any payment fails, is cancelled, or is not fixed within 5 days of the due date, we may suspend your access and stop releasing new content. You remain liable for payments already due.

2. Access to course content

Full payment: Once you’ve paid the full course fee (in one go or by completing all instalments), you get lifetime access. "Lifetime access" means you can access the course for as long as we host it on our platform, subject to these terms.

Instalment payments: Access is provided in stages matching your payments.

We may add new modules, lessons, or bonus materials. If we do, we aim (but do not guarantee) to make them available to all learners with lifetime access at no extra cost.

3. Refunds

This is digital content you can start immediately. By purchasing and accessing any course content, you acknowledge you may lose any statutory cooling-off right once digital content has been supplied or streaming has begun (except where required by law).

Our goodwill refund policy:
We only consider refunds if both:

  • You request within 14 days of purchase, and

  • You have accessed no more than 2 modules (approx. 25% of the course).

No refunds after 2 modules or 14 days, except where required by law (e.g. course is faulty or not as described).

4. Intellectual property

All course content – videos, slides, PDFs, workbooks, text, graphics, templates, frameworks – belongs to What the Feng Shui.

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own use only. You must not:

  • Copy, share, or distribute course materials

  • Upload videos, slides, or PDFs to other sites/groups

  • Remove our branding or copyright notices

  • Use our content to create competing products/services

We reserve all rights. Breach may result in access suspension and further action.

5. Your responsibilities

You must:

  • Use a stable internet connection and compatible device

  • Keep your login secure and not share it

  • Comply with all applicable laws

We’re not responsible for your equipment, internet, or ability to access the course.

6. Our responsibilities and liability

The courses provide information and education only. No guarantees of specific results.

We limit our liability to the course fee paid. We cannot exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Course availability depends on our platform. We may do maintenance or make changes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Fail to pay instalments

  • Breach these terms (e.g. sharing content)

  • Use the course unlawfully

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers retain their statutory rights.
